NextOne Solutions provides digital and technology services, including but not limited to: • Website and web application development • Custom software and mobile application development • SEO and digital marketing • BPO and operational support services • Sarthio POS and related business software • Consulting, implementation, training, and ongoing support Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and service levels are defined in separate proposals, statements of work, invoices, or signed agreements. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement for a specific project, the signed agreement prevails for that project.
You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Quoted prices are typically in Nepali Rupees (NPR) unless stated otherwise. Payment schedules, milestones, and taxes are defined per proposal or agreement. Invoices are due according to the agreed payment terms. Late payments may result in suspension of Services. Refunds, if any, depend on project stage, work completed, and the terms of the signed agreement and are handled case by case. For subscription or licensed products such as Sarthio POS, renewal, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are specified in your order form or license agreement.
If you use Sarthio POS or related products, you retain ownership of your business data. You grant us permission to host, process, back up, and support that data solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system and for managing user access within your organization. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend access if fees are overdue, if required by law, or if use violates these Terms or creates security risk.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party and to use it only for purposes related to the Services. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party without restriction. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the business relationship to the extent required by law or agreed in writing.
